REFUNDS, RETURNS & STUDIO CREDITS

At The Glow Lab, all services and treatment plans are customized and reserved specifically for each client. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on services or memberships once purchased.

That said, we are committed to ensuring every client is placed in the most appropriate treatment plan for their skin and goals.

SERVICES, PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS
All services, packages, and memberships are final sale and non-refundable.

If a package or service is purchased and, upon consultation, is determined not to be the most suitable option, the value may be applied as studio credit toward a more appropriate treatment or service. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is intended to support long-term results, not limit care.

Studio credits:
– Have no cash value  
– Are non-transferable  
– May be used toward future services, packages, memberships, or retail products  
– Are subject to expiration as outlined at time of issue  

PRODUCT RETURNS
Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

To be eligible for return:
– Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging  
– Proof of purchase is required  

Approved returns will be issued as studio credit only. Refunds to original payment methods are not available.

The following items are non-returnable:
– Opened or used products  
– Gift cards  
– Promotional or discounted items  

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can review and resolve the issue.
